Job Summary:

The Senior Deputy Title IX Coordinator will report dually to the Assistant Vice President of Compliance/Title IX Coordinator and the Associate Vice President for Student Engagement and Executive Director of Residential Life. This role will be a member of the Student Life leadership team and will join the area of Civil Rights and Community Standards. The Senior Deputy will work closely with the department to support and oversee the non-discrimination work of the College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Assistant Vice President of Compliance to provide oversight and leadership for the nondiscrimination response process.
  • Collaborate with other staff in Student Life and Human Resources to develop and implement training, professional development, communications, and notifications.
  • Develop and coordinate policies, practices, services, systems, and processes within the area of Civil Rights and Community Standards.
  • Manage a caseload of students who have initiated or are connected to a conduct or Student Life grievance process.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of College standards and practices, including the Student Code of Conduct and related state and federal laws.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, student conduct, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
