Position Summary:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, managing merchandising, and protecting company assets. This role serves as the lead for the store department and assists in maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $24.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of guest service.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage retail and rental inventory control to meet or exceed goals.
  • Implement company cash handling policies and loss prevention measures.
  • Lead the sales floor team and oversee the rental process.
  • Act as a mentor, training and guiding the sales team through effective communication.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing, including promotions.
  • Restock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

The expected pay range is $24.00. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
