About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Delivery Supervisor to oversee the operations of our high-volume rental operation and ski and snowboard repair/tuning center at Beaver Creek Ski Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and driving professional development and growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of retail/rental operations, managing a team of up to 50 frontline staff and a leadership team of 5-6.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a strong culture of service excellence.
  • Team Development: Drive professional development and growth within the team.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Team Performance: Ensure the team is meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Retail/Rental Experience: 2 years of retail/rental experience preferred.
  • Resort Experience: 2 years of resort experience in a management role preferred.
  • Knowledge and Passion: Knowledge and passion for snowsports.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
