Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.76 per hour.
  • Availability: Full Time and Part Time, including weekends and holidays.
  • Skill Level: Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

The Rental Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing a high-volume, seasonal rental operation, including ski and snowboard repair and servicing the entire resort. The primary duties include:

  • Overseeing all facets of retail and rental operations.
  • Effectively managing change and uncertainty.
  • Leading a team of up to 50 frontline staff and a leadership team of 5-6.
  • Enhancing the guest experience by fostering a strong culture of customer service.

Daily tasks may include:

  • Providing consistent feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Encouraging professional growth for yourself and others.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring training plans for new associates.
  • Ensuring the department is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align on initiatives.
  • Creating operational plans for special events and holidays.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and strategizing accordingly.
  • Handling administrative tasks.
  • Managing retail and rental inventory with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Recruiting staff and managing payroll through a digital platform.
  • Performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in retail or rental operations.
  • 2 years of management experience in a resort setting.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for winter sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The expected pay range is $23.76 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position, with individual pay determined by various factors.
