The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of sales floor activities, production, and donation processes. This position is crucial in driving operational efficiency and ensuring that store objectives are met through effective communication and strategic planning.

  6. Merchandise Management: Ensures a steady flow of new products through effective inventory rotation.
  7. Operational Excellence: Implements precise procedures to achieve optimal productivity and quality.
  8. Team Oversight: Supports the management of staff and ensures adequate coverage for customer service and donation operations.
  9. Sales Focus: Aims to meet individual and store production targets while maximizing the value of donations.
  10. Customer Experience: Responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  11. Data Management: Accurately processes and monitors report data, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  12. Policy Implementation: Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent experience, along with at least five years in a relevant role.
  2. Certification for operating forklifts, if applicable.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  4. Must possess a reliable means of communication.
