Your Impact
- Establish and nurture business relationships with clients, partner design firms, and consultants within Parkhill's Community Sector.
- Oversee the preparation, production, and delivery of proposals for the Faith-Based Practice.
- Work closely with the Faith-Based Practice Leader and team to develop new projects and strategic proposal methodologies.
- Lead and support marketing initiatives, presentations, and the creation of media content.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in faith-based management and team leadership or a similar role.
- Experience in business development and proposal coordination within the A&E industry is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, research, and analysis.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with proven experience in writing, presenting, editing, and graphic design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Bluebeam and Photoshop is preferred.
