Client Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have rich experience in the BFSI domain, with expertise in industry trends. They should also have experience directing technology transformation journeys, good understanding of digital technologies, and next-gen solutions. A proven track record of delivering exponential growth and prior experience as a BRM (at least 4+ years) is mandatory. Results-oriented individuals with high energy levels and positive attitudes, strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, and problem-solving and creative skills are preferred.
About Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L of customer relationships, driving sales, revenue, and profitability through innovative win-win solutions. This includes managing the entire sales lifecycle, leveraging thorough knowledge of sales methodologies and expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Additionally, the candidate should be able to identify client pain areas and develop unique and compelling value propositions that deliver business value to the client. The role requires strategic value creation aligned with the vision and priorities of the customer, meeting revenue targets for the account, and aligning TCS engagements with the customer's strategic direction.
About Skills
A deep understanding of TCS products and offerings in the banking/insurance space is essential. The candidate should leverage the best of TCS, its Business 4.0 framework, and partner with the customer in their growth and transformation journey. Excellent articulation skills are also required, with the ability to interact with client senior decision makers about their strategic growth objectives and articulate our capabilities and success stories directly matching their needs.
