Client Growth Specialist

Bask Health is a leading provider of DTC telemedicine solutions, empowering entrepreneurs and businesses to launch successful telehealth companies. We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team and drive customer growth. In this role, you will manage all current customer data, analyze customer engagement metrics, and communicate value, trends, and opportunities with key stakeholders. You will deliver program demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of the Bask platform.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in Customer Success, with experience in the telehealth space. They should have a strong understanding of customer engagement metrics and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. A self-starter who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive $110,000 - $140,000 per year salary, a great compensation package, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits program.
