The Job:

  • Dive into strategic account management, defining success metrics and driving value from our platform.
  • Delve into customer needs, use cases, and objectives to maximize platform utilization.
  • Partner with internal teams to craft strategic roadmaps and change management plans, boosting customer adoption and process improvements.
  • Foster enduring relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Resolve critical customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention excel.
  • Evangelize our platform's capabilities, identifying fresh growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer well-being, tracking vital health and usage metrics.
  • Streamline customer onboarding and share knowledge across teams.
  • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers.

Expected Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact enterprise-level customer engagements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Skilled relationship builder with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Motivated, results-driven individual who prioritizes client success.
  • Business transformation or process improvement expertise a significant asset.
  • Executive meeting and workshop facilitation skills highly valued.
