The Job:
- Dive into strategic account management, defining success metrics and driving value from our platform.
- Delve into customer needs, use cases, and objectives to maximize platform utilization.
- Partner with internal teams to craft strategic roadmaps and change management plans, boosting customer adoption and process improvements.
- Foster enduring relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Resolve critical customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention excel.
- Evangelize our platform's capabilities, identifying fresh growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer well-being, tracking vital health and usage metrics.
- Streamline customer onboarding and share knowledge across teams.
- Mentor junior Customer Success Managers.
Expected Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS firm.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact enterprise-level customer engagements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Skilled relationship builder with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Motivated, results-driven individual who prioritizes client success.
- Business transformation or process improvement expertise a significant asset.
- Executive meeting and workshop facilitation skills highly valued.
