We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Innovation Specialist to join our team at Havas Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through the development and implementation of strategic business plans and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful business partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
