Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team at Compunnel. The successful candidate will provide support to our commercial sales and service teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial sales and service teams with legal review of customer terms, bid tender submissions, and customer disputes.
  • Draft commercial sales and services agreements with customers, including revisions to customer terms and conditions.
  • Train commercial sales and service teams on contract interpretation and drafting agreements.
  • Engage with external customers and their legal representatives regarding contract terms.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in-house for a corporation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with external customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with anti-kickback, HIPAA, and medical device industry regulations.
  • Ability to work closely with business units, while maintaining independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
