Job Summary:

This Paralegal Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join TalentBurst as a key member of our team. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support to our business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your expertise in contract review and drafting will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to commercial sales and service teams, including contract review and drafting
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective legal strategies
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in legal processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain a library of standard agreements and contracts
- Engage with external customers and their legal representatives to resolve contract-related issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
