Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team at Logic20/20 Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and expanding our presence in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies that align with company objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and revenue expansion
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140,000 - $215,000 and uncapped commission potential. OTE is $250,000 - $330,000. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
