About the Role

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and presenting customized solutions to clients.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals, working closely with internal teams to create and pitch strategic ideas.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive results.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM tool to manage daily business, track sales performance, and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Hunter Mentality: A strong hunter mentality, with experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: The ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, with a working knowledge of CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales: Experience in sales, with a focus on business development and account management.
  • Strategic Omni-Channel Selling: Experience in strategic omni-channel selling, with a focus on creating and executing sales strategies across multiple channels.
  • Client Needs Analysis: A conceptual understanding of client needs analysis and its benefits, with the ability to analyze complex client needs and develop tailored solutions.
