Job Summary
The Business Development Leader will be responsible for leading a small team in servicing our existing client base, while also developing new business opportunities through referrals and leads. This role requires a strong passion for helping people and developing relationships, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.

Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
