About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' specific technology requirements and challenges, and develop customized solutions to address their needs.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our company's technology products and services, and effectively communicate these to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation: Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions, and negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Account Management and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through continuous communication, and provide accountability to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Industry Research and Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Sales Performance and Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively communicating our value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer environment.
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
