Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales presentations, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively deliver in-person sales presentations to homeowners and property owners, highlighting the benefits of our roofing and construction services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the roofing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations, as well as roofing installation practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Goal-oriented and dependable, with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
