  • Commission on approved sales, based on collected revenue
  • Base salary of $54,000, with additional commissions ranging from $12,000 to $212,000 annually
  • Comprehensive training and development programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-person sales presentations following company standards
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Maintain an organized calendar and be punctual for appointments
  • Stay informed on sales information, products, and industry trends
  • Generate leads through referrals and direct outreach
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Train and mentor fellow sales representatives
  • Address escalated customer service issues
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the roofing industry (insurance and retail)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to overcome objections and work within a short sales cycle
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Physical capability to navigate various terrains, including roofs
  • Customer service-focused and a team player
  • Proficient with tablets and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation certification preferred
  • Goal-oriented, dependable, and self-sufficient
  • Commitment to personal career development and achieving set goals
