Roofing Sales Supervisor

Are you an experienced sales professional with leadership skills? If you have a knack for guiding teams and a strong sales background, Bone Dry Roofing offers a remarkable opportunity for you as a Sales Supervisor. Your main goal will be to enhance sales outcomes by mentoring, training, and supporting your sales team.
You will instruct and apply our comprehensive sales methodologies, establish clear goals, and track progress to ensure objectives are achieved.
Your outstanding communication abilities will help you foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a group of roofing sales experts, offering coaching, training, and assistance to guarantee that team members are achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Conduct weekly training sessions for team members, concentrating on all facets of the WE CARE sales approach.
- Accompany each team member once a month to provide constructive feedback through a structured evaluation process.
Daily and Weekly Validation
- Daily: Review appointments for documentation such as images, videos (roof and attic), and call outcomes.
- Weekly: Analyze call outcomes and accounts receivable, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Devise and execute sales strategies that promote revenue growth through the We CARE system. Exemplify the Bone Dry Experience with all internal and external stakeholders. Monitor sales performance and generate reports for upper management as required.
In cases of severe weather (such as wind or hail), the Sales Supervisor will ensure adequate coverage for all scheduled appointments, including weekends.
Identify new business prospects and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales goals and profit margins.
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure that all sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the roofing sector, including products, services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary of $25,000 with commission based on individual sales (potential earnings exceeding $100,000).
