  • Base salary of $54,000 with additional commissions ranging from $12,000 to $212,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective in-person sales presentations in line with company standards.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM database on a daily basis.
  • Maintain an organized calendar, ensuring punctuality for appointments and responsiveness to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and stay informed about sales information, products, and industry trends.
  • Generate sales leads through referrals and direct outreach.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Provide training to fellow sales representatives.
  • Address escalated customer service issues professionally.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the roofing industry (insurance and retail).
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to navigate objections and perform effectively within a short sales cycle.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Capability to safely walk long distances and climb stairs, ladders, and roofs.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Team player, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
  • Proficient with tablets and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation certification preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to personal career development.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
