Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with our loan and credit teams to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to provide customers with expert advice and guidance.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Additional preferred skills include completion of 6+ hours of accounting coursework.
