Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager

Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement relationship strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including credit officers, portfolio managers, and other business development teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on relationship management and business development
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, credit risk management, and industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting business objectives and delivering results
