About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and growing complex client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and driving business growth through strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and priorities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients on complex financial matters, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, leveraging our expertise in commercial banking, risk management, and financial services.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to drive business growth and innovation, staying up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking relationship management, with a proven track record of success in developing and growing complex client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, risk management, and financial services, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
