Job Summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large and complex middle-market companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business relationships with middle-market companies.
  • Retain and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Sell bank products and services to customers, identifying cross-sell opportunities and making referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide financial advice and approve loans within assigned limits.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 10 or more years of commercial lending experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Considerable knowledge and experience in growing and managing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans.
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
