Our OSI Electronics division stands as a versatile manufacturer of electronic devices and value-added manufacturing services applicable in a wide array of fields, including aerospace and defense electronics, security and inspection systems, as well as medical monitoring and diagnostics. OSI Electronics is in search of a Program Manager to become part of their team. The Program Manager will be tasked with organizing programs and activities in alignment with business necessities and specifications. This role involves developing new initiatives to bolster the strategic direction of the organization, establishing and managing long-term objectives, and formulating a budget and operational plan for the program. Additionally, approximately 30% of the time will be dedicated to generating new business opportunities for OSIE.

Responsibilities:
• Financial comprehension of customer accounts, encompassing revenue forecasting, quoting, NRE/PPV/ECOs, and inventory oversight.

• Execute RFQs, including pricing, labor, materials, and reviews.

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.

• Conduct market research to pinpoint target customers and assess their needs.

• Review and ensure that the OSIE team accurately interprets and adheres to contractual obligations.

• Assist the customer focus team in continuous improvement and lean processes, presenting alternatives to clients, and understanding the product life cycle of customers.

• Ensure customer documentation is properly managed.

• Facilitate pre-production kick-offs and/or manufacturing readiness reviews.

• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through networking and initial customer outreach (cold calling, trade shows, conferences, industry events).

• Accountable for revenue generation aligned with sales targets.

• Generate monthly forecasts and activity summaries.

• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and quotations.

• Collaborate closely with customers, production teams, and program management.

• Lead the team to ensure members are engaged, accountable, and productive to meet internal and external metrics.

• Provide reliable commitments based on customer demand and OSIE capabilities.

• Onboard new accounts as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• A.S. Degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline is required. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector, preferably in a leadership or project management capacity, is essential.

• Experience in Program Management is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical, aerospace, or military clients is advantageous.

• Proficiency in D365 and/or Navision is highly desired.

• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office tools and Project Management software, are necessary.

• Must be assertive and self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, adept at problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, and continuously enhancing processes and capabilities.

Must demonstrate organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
