About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in North - Los Angeles, California. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current/future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies
  • Work closely with senior management on a wide range of critical issues
  • Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools
Requirements
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Good communication, collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to provide insight to senior management
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
  • 0–2 years of outside sales experience
What We Offer

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment that supports your growth and development.
