Account Executive, Direct Sales

As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion across existing accounts, while developing new relationships with end-users of our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends, ensuring operational efficiencies and maximizing revenue growth.
- Work closely with senior management to identify product strategies and competitor assessments, driving Dell's approach to various customers and industries.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a great customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience selling technology solutions and a strong understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management.
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience.
Benefits and Perks:
Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
