Transform Sales Opportunities into Action

As a Direct Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies
Collaborate with senior management on critical issues and identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools

What We're Looking For
Experience selling technology solutions and a strong understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management
Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management

Compensation and Benefits
The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400, including base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split. Dell offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
