AGCO is on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled individual to join our HR/EHS team as a Manager of Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety at our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role will champion our organizational culture and values, collaborating with business leaders to cultivate a workforce that excels in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, development, compensation, benefits, and training. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of the Human Capital Experience and act as the lead EHS Manager.

Your Contributions

  • Oversee all components of the local human resources program, including recruitment, staffing, and onboarding for both production and professional roles.
  • Direct all performance management, engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Act as the site expert for employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to human resources policies in line with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
  • Uphold safety standards in compliance with relevant laws and corporate policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for environmental assessments and compliance reporting.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred; CSP and/or SHRM certifications are advantageous).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing context.
  • At least 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
