This pivotal role will champion our organizational culture and values, collaborating with leadership to cultivate a workforce that excels in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, development, compensation, benefits, and training. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of the Human Capital Experience and will act as the principal EHS Manager for the facility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete local human resources program, including recruitment, staffing, and onboarding for all roles.
  • Direct performance management, engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Act as the site expert for employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
  • Uphold safety standards in line with applicable laws and corporate policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for environmental assessments and compliance reporting.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred; CSP and/or SHRM certifications are advantageous).
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience within a manufacturing context.
  • At least 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
