We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Nature's Toolbox, Inc. (NTx). As a leading innovator in biomanufacturing, we're redefining the discovery and production of biologic materials to be infinitely faster, purer, and more affordable.

This exciting opportunity is based on the East Coast, where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the life science industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand technical customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new clients within the region, developing a pipeline of potential leads
  • Nurture sales opportunities, close deals, and generate revenue through strategic account planning and execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales partners, responding to daily needs and inquiries while prioritizing accounts based on new findings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, biotechnology, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years sales or account management experience with a proven track record in selling complex scientific tools, laboratory equipment, or life science technologies
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable for sales outreach, analytics, and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region

Compensation: $140k-$160K base ($185k-$229k OTE) + Equity, providing a competitive salary and benefits package for this exciting role.
