CROSSMARK Regional Operations Leader Overview
The Regional Operations Leader (ROL) is accountable for guiding their team of Area Managers and hourly staff to deliver outstanding inventory services to our clients. The ROL should lead their team with a strong commitment to exceptional people management, ensuring a cohesive and focused group. The ROL is tasked with driving financial success through effective budget planning, scheduling, expense management, and P&L oversight. Leading with passion and integrity, the ROL approaches challenges with a positive mindset. Collaboration with district partners and field support teams is essential to nurture talent within the region and expand business opportunities. Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing multi-store retail operations.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional financial results through strategic planning, event execution, expense management, and P&L oversight.
- Successful history of expanding business opportunities and profit growth through enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven history of training and developing talent for future leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and service skills to foster relationships with employees and clients.
- Willingness to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and flexible schedules.
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
Working Conditions:
This role necessitates frequent travel by automobile and air. Candidates must be adaptable to changing work conditions, including prolonged periods of standing or sitting, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs is essential. Regular shifts may extend up to 10 hours, with occasional longer-distance travel requiring overnight stays.
