Business Development Trainee

The Hertz Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
* Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles
* Analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
* Develop and lead a team of sales and customer service professionals
