About the Role

A Place for Mom is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in attracting new Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) customers to our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify new prospects and develop strategies to attract them to our platform.
  • Sales Approach: Establish an effective sales approach and apply it consistently to engage and interact with decision makers at all levels up to C-level and Regional leaders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with SNF owners and corporate executives to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update records in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our company at industry events and conferences to develop new business opportunities and manage conference operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the senior care or hospital industry.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites, with the ability to accurately enter data into CRM tools.
What We Offer
  • Hourly Salary: $24.04
  • On-Target Earnings Expectation: $70,000 (uncapped)
  • Benefits: 401(k) plus match, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
