Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, employee development, and customer service
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with district sales managers and regional directors to align business strategies and goals
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making
Requirements
- 4-year degree in business or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 2-year degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven business development and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
