Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at MSR Technology Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze client needs, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate information on client activity, and provide ongoing support.
  • Candidate Preparation: Work closely with candidates to prepare them for client interactions and interviews.
  • Account Management: Transition new consultants from assignment start and provide ongoing support while on assignment.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between MSR Technology Group associates and client stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Background in Outside Sales: Must have a background in outside sales, preferably in the services space.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build trust with clients.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Coaching and Development: Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a strong ability to absorb complex information and learn from mistakes.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work streams, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
