Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. is seeking a skilled Coordinator/Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and efficiency of daily client services and activities in our shelter programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shelter program systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Support client scheduled services and activities, ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate external appointments and program activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of experience in Human Services, preferably in an agency delivering social services or a program for treating substance use and/or homelessness.
- FDNY F-80 Certificate of Fitness for Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems.
- CPR Certification.
- NYC Food Handler's Certificate within 90 days of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
