Job Summary

QSAC is seeking a highly skilled Residential Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our OPWDD-funded Residential Program. This critical role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure effective program delivery
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and QSAC policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and growth among program participants
  • Collaborate with the Nurse and Medical Coordinator to ensure medical appointments and care plans are up-to-date
  • Manage staff scheduling and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and substantial related experience required
  • 1-2 years' experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities required
  • 1 year of OPWDD experience highly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory work experience required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required for site visits
