**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Facility Management Assistant to join our team at the New York State. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our health facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in planning, developing, reviewing, and evaluating the facility's policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the director or deputy director of the facility.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve facility operations.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve facility efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve facility goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or public administration.
  • Two years of professional experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare facility or related field.
