Health Facility Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Facility Management Assistant to join our team at the New York State. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our health facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in planning, developing, reviewing, and evaluating the facility's policies, procedures, and systems.
- Provide administrative support to the director or deputy director of the facility.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve facility operations.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve facility efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve facility goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or public administration.
- Two years of professional experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare facility or related field.
