We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Facility Management Assistant to join our team at New York State. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our health-related facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of facility policies, procedures, and systems.
- Provide administrative support to the director or deputy director of the facility.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve facility operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the administration of a health-related facility. Alternatively, a Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field can substitute for one year of specialized experience.
