Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Water Resources Engineer to become an integral part of our team. This role involves tackling intricate water management challenges that encompass both water quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, organize, and critically assess project studies, reports, and design documentation for various water resources initiatives.
  • Oversee field services and construction activities for projects related to water resources, including but not limited to dams, levees, streams, and lakes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them evolve into proficient water resource modelers, designers, planners, and project leaders.
  • Engage in public presentations regarding civil engineering projects focused on water resources.

Potential Projects:
This position will involve participation in projects such as hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater management planning, stream restoration efforts, flood mitigation design, and watershed planning and studies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in water resources engineering, ideally within the Midwest region.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer's License in North Dakota or the capability to secure one within six months.
  • A strong interest in leadership and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
