Position Overview:
Hamdan Resources, LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Management Analyst. This role involves providing essential requirements coordination to support military operations and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Army Readiness Requirements Coordination (ARRC) Team to facilitate planning, programming, and program evaluation efforts aimed at enhancing the assessment of various military capabilities and requirements.
  • Conduct operational research and analysis, utilizing data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
  • Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation employing advanced PC skills and software applications.
  • Implement analytic methodologies to gather, integrate, and report client data, while leading the application of these techniques to define project objectives.
  • Identify and resolve issues in reports related to data integrity, while analyzing and improving systems and leading project management initiatives.
  • Foster training and development opportunities, drive innovation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Provide strategic planning support and develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing partnerships between military and civilian sectors for at least 3 years.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Systems and Adobe Acrobat Pro at an intermediate to advanced level.

Preferred knowledge and experience with the following systems:

  • SharePoint, MODS, ELIMS, ABHIDE, AWCTS, FASOR, FTDTL-IMS, CDS, AERO, PFDAS.
