Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Design and execute strategies to drive business growth and development, focusing on key client segments and industries.

  • Value Proposition Development: Determine client needs and develop compelling value propositions for Ridgeline's products and services.
  • Business Capture and Planning: Partner with senior leadership to plan and prioritize business capture initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ridgeline's strategic objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities, refining Ridgeline's market positioning and capture market share.
  • Proposal Development and Whitepapers: Assist in producing high-quality proposals, whitepapers, RFI responses, and other business development materials to support business growth and development efforts.
  • Financial Analysis and Pricing: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure Ridgeline's products and services are priced competitively, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Program Management and Oversight: Oversee projects through all stages of the Program Management Life Cycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery of business development objectives.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable military experience
  • Profound understanding of technical and operational aspects important to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with effectiveness in dealing with U.S. government clients
  • Proven track record in spearheading $1m+ opportunities from inception to proposal stage
  • Familiarity with competitors and a nuanced understanding of market dynamics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to high-level executives and government officials
  • Capacity to identify growth opportunities and generate new business in line with Ridgeline's offerings and strategic objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business or Engineering
  • Technical program management expertise or a solid technical foundation in software development, systems engineering, or network engineering
  • Previous experience with the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
  • Experience managing a robust pipeline of opportunities valued at $100M
