- Proposal Development and Whitepapers: Assist in producing high-quality proposals, whitepapers, RFI responses, and other business development materials to support business growth and development efforts.
- Financial Analysis and Pricing: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure Ridgeline's products and services are priced competitively, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Program Management and Oversight: Oversee projects through all stages of the Program Management Life Cycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery of business development objectives.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable military experience
- Profound understanding of technical and operational aspects important to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with effectiveness in dealing with U.S. government clients
- Proven track record in spearheading $1m+ opportunities from inception to proposal stage
- Familiarity with competitors and a nuanced understanding of market dynamics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to high-level executives and government officials
- Capacity to identify growth opportunities and generate new business in line with Ridgeline's offerings and strategic objectives
- Advanced degree in Business or Engineering
- Technical program management expertise or a solid technical foundation in software development, systems engineering, or network engineering
- Previous experience with the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
- Experience managing a robust pipeline of opportunities valued at $100M
