The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design and development of innovative software programs that enable AI/ML activities for the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop intuitive visualizations, dashboards, and reusable User Interface (UI) components using React and the Material UI component library.
  • Rapidly create working wireframes based on project specifications for client validation in collaboration with human-centered design experts.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines using client specifications for security and containerized deployments in client environments.
  • Manage UI component buildout in conjunction with project management stakeholders using an agile-based project management approach.
  • Work with data engineers to outline specifications for APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a React Developer.
  • Experience with:
    • Design and deployment of analytical visualizations with React and Material UI Component Library.
    • Human-centered design best practices.
    • API development.
    • Employing visual analytics best practices, development processes.
    • SQL and Python.
    • Agile-based development.
  • Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required (Top Secret clearance highly desired).
