Position Overview:
Hamdan Resources, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to support the Army and G3/5/7 in requirements coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Army Readiness Requirements Coordination (ARRC) Team to facilitate planning, programming, program evaluation, and strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving the assessment of DHP, OMA, and OSD capabilities and related requirements.
- Conduct operational research, analysis, and data visualization to inform decision-making processes.
- Generate comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation utilizing advanced PC skills and software applications.
- Employ analytic methodologies and principles to gather, integrate, and present client data. Lead the application of analytic techniques and establish project objectives.
- Identify and resolve issues in reports concerning data integrity. Analyze and enhance EMS systems, spearhead project management initiatives, and interpret complex datasets.
- Foster training and development, promote innovation, and communicate effectively. Provide strategic planning support services and formulate recommendations aligned with MEDCOM Campaign Plan strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in team management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning.
- 3 years of experience in cultivating military-civilian partnerships.
Required Systems Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Systems and Adobe Acrobat Pro at an intermediate to advanced level.
Preferred Knowledge:
Extensive familiarity with the following systems is advantageous:
- SharePoint, MODS, ELIMS, ABHIDE, AWCTS, FASOR, FTDTL-IMS, CDS, AERO, PFDAS.
