Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced research and analysis using various customer-provided tools to identify opportunities and risks associated with telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze and define problems, researching possible solutions that afford maximum probability for profit or effectiveness in relation to cost or risk.
  • Develop and evaluate systems, procedures, and models in assigned functional areas, applying judgment and statistical tests.
  • Prepare models of problems using multiple equations that relate constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters.
  • Analyze and organize technical data and reports into summaries for management review, defining problem, evaluation, and possible solution(s).
  • Validate and test models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation.
  • Utilize complex systems and applications in the problem-solving process.
  • Design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models where insufficient data exists to formulate model.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
  • Serve as technical team or task lead.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
