Restaurant Leadership Role

This position plays a crucial role in the success of our restaurant, operating under the direct management of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will lead their location to be profitable while upholding our company values and goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and guidelines to maintain efficiency.
  • Adhere to all operational policies, including cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security, to ensure the well-being of Team Members and guests.
  • Assist with labor management costs and optimize team performance.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote our company values and culture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of shop operations to provide support during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper setup and breakdown of all areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare for each shift and manage time effectively.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Prepare and role-model all menu items according to our quality, consistency, and timeliness standards.
  • Oversee food quality production to ensure it meets our standards.
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures, including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
  • Attend work regularly and maintain punctuality.

Requirements

  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to take direction.
  • Strong communication skills to keep Team Members informed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0F to 100F.
  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds for distances up to 10 feet.
  • Ability to balance and move 25 pounds for distances up to 50 feet.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proven track record of success as a Team Member.
