The Shift Lead is a vital position within our team, responsible for providing support to Assistant Shift Managers and Cafe Managers in the day-to-day operations of our cafes. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Assistant Shift Managers in various capacities, including handling deliveries, facilitating orders, overseeing inventory, and taking care of administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to Cafe Managers in the management of cafe operations, including ensuring customer satisfaction and requirements are consistently addressed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Take ownership of tasks and outcomes, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.
  • Support other administrative-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Working as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress is a plus.
  • Training in food preparation, skills, and customer service procedures is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
