This individual will collaborate with various teams and leaders to gather requirements and implement effective ERP/MRP solutions. Responsibilities include managing the ERP/MRP system, customizing programs, supporting end users, and integrating IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis to determine ERP/MRP needs
  • Manage user, security, and system tasks
  • Develop customized programs and configurations
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for system enhancements
  • Lead training efforts and provide technical support
  • Analyze and optimize infrastructure performance

Requirements

  • College degree in computer science or related field
  • Certifications in project management, documentation, training
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with ERP/MRP systems
