Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business development strategies

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $180,000, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package that includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions.
